Chief of Staff to CEO
Location – Singapore/ Open to relocating or willing to spend 50% of the time in Singapore.
Position Type: Full-time / Hybrid
Fluent in English, German will be a huge plus.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Act as the CEO’s strategic partner, optimizing their time and driving efficiency across priorities.
· Lead and manage the CEO Office team to ensure seamless daily operations and effective cross-functional coordination.
· Design and execute operational plans for the CEO Office in alignment with company objectives, setting clear goals and priorities.
· Represent the CEO in selected meetings and projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy and company vision.
· Oversee performance and development within the CEO Office team, identifying growth opportunities and skill gaps.
· Prepare high-quality materials for executive meetings, including presentations, briefing documents, and reports.
· Perform additional duties as necessary to support the CEO and the objectives of the office.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
· Higher degree required; PhD is a plus. A strong technical background is essential (solid education in mathematics, computer science, or software development). Experience with Higher Education sector will be a plus.
· Proven experience in managing and leading teams, ideally in the business sector.
· Several years of experience in a similar role, strategic consulting, or administrative functions.
· Strong analytical and organizational skills.
· Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
· Proactive mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile in a fast-paced environment.
· Fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts.
· Committed to problem-solving and handling challenging issues.
· Fluent in English, German will be a huge plus.
