As the Chief of Staff at Sinch, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, fostering collaboration across leadership teams, and providing critical insights to fuel business growth. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President, APAC (EVP, APAC), you will serve as a trusted advisor and right-hand person, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and operational execution. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving results, you will have a direct impact on the organisation.


The Chief of Staff role can be based in Singapore or Melbourne, Australia.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Drive execution of critical initiatives by effectively prioritising activities, allocating resources, and ensuring timely delivery of results
  • Establish and maintain key performance indicators, in partnership with Revenue Operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives, driving visibility and accountability across the region
  • Lead and support key transformation projects aimed at driving growth, efficiency, and innovation. 
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities to drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across organisation in various forums, ensuring clarity of goals and priorities
  • Responsible for facilitating and preparation of executive reporting and presentation materials for the region; including board of directors' materials, business reviews, analyst forums, long-range and annual planning, etc.
  • Champion a culture of collaboration and agility, fostering a sense of urgency and ownership in APAC leadership team
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership based on a well-rounded view of the business
  • Utilise strong analytical skills to gather and analyse data, providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making


To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
  • Solid experience in a strategic role, with a focus on driving business insights and coordinating initiatives across a leadership team
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
  • Proven track record of leadership and execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience of working in the technology sector in the APAC region.
  • Direct experience driving global transformation initiatives highly desirable.
