monday.com is growing! We’re looking for a Senior Channel Partner Manager based out of Singapore for the HK/TW market.The HK/TW market is a channel led market. The Channel Partner Manager is responsible for strategic direction and the day to day execution of the territory. This role includes managing the entire monday.com GTM in these 2 countries, all relationships and sales efforts with our channel partners, direct and indirect marketing approaches and direct client-facing responsibilities for strategic business.
About The Role
- Develop a comprehensive GTM plan across the HK/TW region covering partnerships, sales and marketing approach
- Take responsibility for the strategy, sales, and execution of building new and developing existing partnerships across HK/TWLead strategic sales and strategic account management together with your partners across both net new and existing business.
- Close new partnership agreements while properly balancing company goals, speed, and economic potential
- Evaluate the financial and non-financial benefits and risks of new and existing partnerships
- Track, report, and optimize the performance of partnerships, including identifying issues as they arise, assessing possible solutions, and executing them
- Own your partner’s portfolio targets and delivering the results
- Collaborate with different teams at monday.com to build and maintain a pipeline of relationships with potential partners, taking responsibility for the relationship throughout all stages
- Willingness to travel as required to HK/TW or based at partner/customer office
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years experience in SaaS sales or channel development - must
- Business level Mandarin both written and spoken - must
- 5+ years years experience working in the HK/TW market - must
- Strong experience in channel development -must
- Strong sales background with a track record from the opportunity origination to close
- Account and quota planning skills
- Ability to take an entire project/sales cycle from A to Z
- Strong relationship-builder, initiator, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- This position requires you to be in the SG office a minimum of 3 days a week when you’re not travelling
