The role 

Nebius is hiring a Partner Development Manager to lead and scale strategic partner relationships across the APJ region, with a focus on Systems Integrators (SIs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and Value-Added Resellers (VARs). This role is responsible for driving partner-led pipeline, revenue, and customer adoption for Nebius’ GPU IaaS and cloud infrastructure offerings. 

This is a senior individual-contributor role with regional ownership, working closely with regional sales leadership, global channel leadership, and cross-functional teams

The role is based in Singapore, with flexibility for remote work within the country. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Own and grow executive-level relationships with top SIs, MSPs, and VARs across APJ
  • Develop and execute joint business plans to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue 
  • Build and deliver scalable partner enablement across sales, technical, and go-to-market motions 
  • Identify, recruit, and activate new strategic partners, leveraging an existing APJ network 
  • Align closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to integrate partner motions into the broader GTM strategy 
  • Track partner performance, pipeline, and forecasts, and take corrective action as needed 
  • Travel: 25% Internation

We expect you to have: 

  • 7–10+ years of experience in partner development or channel roles 
  • Proven success driving enterprise cloud or IaaS revenue through partners 
  • Active, current APJ partner network across SIs, MSPs, and ISVs 
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure; GPU or HPC experience preferred 
  • Comfortable operating autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments 
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior executives, technical teams, and partner leadership

  • Clear partner segmentation, coverage, and execution model is in place across APJ
