SPECIFIC DUTIES    
We are looking for a highly collaborative and results-driven Channel Marketing Manager to join our team, focusing on the Asia Pacific region. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic channel marketing initiatives and go-to-market activities in partnership with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including regional marketing, demand generation, global channel marketing, and channel sales, to drive channel engagement, lead generation, brand awareness, and growth in partner-sourced pipelines.

KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES    
As a Channel Marketing Manager, you are accountable for, but not limited to the following:
•    Lead Strategic Partner Marketing Initiatives: Develop and implement high-impact joint marketing strategies with key partners to enhance pipeline growth, boost brand awareness, and increase partner engagement.
•    Drive Go-to-Market Alignment: Collaborate seamlessly with channel sales, regional marketing, demand generation, and global channel marketing teams to ensure cohesive and aligned go-to-market campaigns and programs.
•    Execute Partner Co-Marketing Campaigns: Design and deliver scalable, multi-channel co-marketing campaigns, including demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), events, and digital initiatives tailored to partner ecosystems.
•    Manage Channel Marketing Fund: Oversee the COOP Fund, including planning, allocation, execution, and performance tracking, ensuring optimal ROI and compliance with guidelines.
•    Cultivate Focus Partner Relationships: Serve as a key marketing liaison with focus partners, ensuring regular communication, joint planning sessions, and comprehensive performance reviews.

•    Enhance Partner Enablement and Advocacy: Leverage, tailor, and localize global tools, content, and enablement programs that empower partners to market and sell more effectively. Champion and promote partner success stories both internally and externally.
•    Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Track and analyze key metrics such as marketing-influenced deal registration, ROI from channel marketing-funded campaigns, and partner activation metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement.

KEY KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE     
To be successful in your role, you will have demonstrated and/or acquired the following knowledge and experience:
•    7+ years work experience as a Channel Marketing Manager or a similar position in the Marketing department
•    7+ years of experience in systems integrator, B2B software or cybersecurity company, with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results
•    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or another related field of study; or equivalent work experience. 
•    Excellent analytical skills.
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to influence stakeholders.
•    Ability to set a plan with clarity and drive it through successfully to fruition.
•    Demonstrate ability and experience building and maintaining partner relationships. 
•    Proven success at building successful modern marketing strategies.
•    Good time management and organizational skills.
•    Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
•    Knowledge of current digital marketing technologies and techniques.
•    Proficiency in Salesforce.com.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office365 tools such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel,  PowerBI and Outlook.
•    6Sense, Salesforce.com, or Marketo experience highly desirable
•    Strong copy writing and editing skills

REQUIREMENTS    
•    International business travels are required
•    Language Skills: Fluent in English; fluent in Mandarin or Japanese is a plus
