Change/Release Manager
Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.
We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.
Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for Change Process governance and ensure all implementation adhere to the established process in terms of approval and documents to be attached.
2. Support application implementation and overseeing releases deliverables globally during different phases of development cycle and progression through various environments SIT, UAT and Production in a timely manner – includes scope monitoring and sign-off at various levels
Requirements:
Education:
· Degree in Computer Science or related field.
· At least 3 years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.
Essential:
· Basic Technical knowledge in IT infrastructure, IT Change Management & Operations and OS400 systems is required
· Process-oriented, strong analytical and communication skills
· A team player with the ability in coordinating activities both within the team and across other teams
· You are expected to ensure your work are adequately documented before executing in any environment.
· Required to perform shift duties including weekend and public holidays where required.
Key Domain/ Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Change Control and Version Control and Deployment tools – Remedy Change Module, Endevor , Rocket RDOe and RDOi , ARCAD
- Familiarity with supporting OCP platform and usage of DevOps Toolset (Bitbucket , Jenkins & Jira workflows) will be an added advantage .
- Basic CLP & RPG coding on the OS400 platform and scripting on linux operating system will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
