The Organizational Change Manager (OCM) for the Systems Transformation Project will play a key role in ensuring the project meets its objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This role focuses on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organizational structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.

Key Responsibilities
- Change Management Strategy: Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage, and minimize resistance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Identify key stakeholders and establish and establish the key stakeholder matrix.
- Communication: Design, develop, and implement communication plans to ensure that stakeholders are well-informed of change initiatives and their impacts.
- Training and Development: Work in close collaboration with the training team to create and manage training plans to ensure that all employees are prepared for the changes and have the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Impact Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses to understand the impact of changes on the organization and its employees, and develop strategies to address these impacts.
- Resistance Management: Identify potential resistance and develop plans to address and mitigate resistance.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators to measure the success of change initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational development, human resources, or a related field is required. A master's degree is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, with a proven track record of success in managing organizational changes.
- Certifications: Change management certification or designation such as Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent is highly desirable.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
