About This Role

The CEO's Office Associate will report to the Chief of Staff to CEO. This is a key role responsible for providing efficient assistance to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the executive team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality. The CEO's Office Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office and contributes to the overall success of the organization.

As a CEO Office Associate, your key objectives will be to:

  • Oversee key projects managed by the CEO’s office, ensuring they are executed smoothly and align with the company's goals.
  • Solve complex problems and streamline operations to support the CEO and the executive team.
  • Prepare presentations for the CEO, providing clear insights and updates for both internal and external meetings.
  • Organize company-wide events like town halls and ensure all logistics and communications are handled effectively.
  • Draft and distribute important internal communications from the CEO’s office, keeping the entire company informed.
  • Collaborate with external partners on strategic projects, acting as a point of contact for the CEO’s office.
  • Conduct research, gather data, and create reports that help guide decision-making at the executive level.

Job Requirements

We are looking for passionate individuals who:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2-4 years of experience, ideally in management consulting, a startup, or tech environment, with prior experience in a CEO’s, founder’s, or executive office role.
  • Experience in Project Management Office (PMO) roles is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and a focus on delivering accurate, high-quality work.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Open-minded, adaptable, and with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Action-oriented with a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
