Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for a Center Manager to join our team. The Center Manager will play a crucial role in setting up and managing the operational needs of our new commercial development, Shaw Tower. You will lead the centre management team and oversee operations, A&P and leasing. You’ll also manage budgets, risks, financial planning, and stakeholder relationships to improve property performance and asset value.

Responsibilities:

  • Financials
  • Forecast and manage operating expenses (OPEX) and operational capital expenditure (CAPEX)
    Operational Excellence
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operation and performance of the property
  • Risk management, including inspections, preventive maintenance, occupational health & safety (OH&S), and emergency/evacuation training and procedures
  • Overseeing the operational and marketing functions to ensure maximum value is obtained. Ensuring centre compliance with all authority and statutory requirements
  • Prepare the annual business plan, quarter asset reviews and monthly reports and other standard reports on progress against KPI’s 
  • Embraces innovation and new thinking in managing the asset
  • Review and approve all retail shop designs
    Strategic & Business Alignment
  • Drive the alignment of retail and workspace initiatives with the company’s overarching business goals. Translate the company's vision into actionable retail and workspace strategies that support business objectives and enhance operational efficiency. Ensure all initiatives comply with corporate governance, ESG commitments, and risk management frameworks. This role is pivotal in shaping environments that empower performance, elevate brand presence, and support long-term growth.
    People & Leadership
  • Maintain a strong rapport with all stakeholders (both internal and external parties)
  • All aspects of general people management i.e. performance appraisals, training, coaching and ongoing performance management
    Collaboration
  • Working as a part of a larger team to manage the property through the impending redevelopment and achieving the desired tenancy mix
