About This Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our team. This individual will provide support across two areas:
- track progress of various initiatives towards closure
- create collateral for investor and client conversations.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail in preparing material for external-facing meetings, excellent organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, and be comfortable in problem-solving under ambiguity.
The candidate will get exposed to Project Management and Customer Success, and will walk away with a good understanding how various functions of the business come together in day-to-day operations.
As a CBO Intern, SaaS Customer Success and Strategic Projects, your key objectives will be to:
- Track the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Collaborate with team members to gather necessary information and updates.
- Maintain organized records of project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Assist in preparing reports and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
- Design and develop professional presentation slides that effectively communicate key messages and data.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on project status and next steps.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field in local Singapore universities.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Google Slides, Sheets and other G-suite products.
- Strong aptitude for problem-solving, organizational skills and attention to detail, and an ability to make decisions under ambiguity.
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly both verbally and in written format.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in creating professional presentations is mandatory.
- Ability to commit minimum 3-6 months on-site.
- Can start immediately by December 2024.
