Job Responsibilities :

As an Associate Category Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the team in managing and optimizing the product portfolio of a specific category within the Razer product line at RazerStore.
Your primary goal would be to drive the performance of your categories through strategic planning, analysis, and execution of marketing initiatives. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure the launch and ongoing performance of the products in RazerStore channel.

  • Assist the team in develop and execute category strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Collaborate with BUs and Global Marketing team to plan and execute product launches.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies, including visual merchandising, sales training, and promotional plans.
  • Coordinate with the Store marketing team and Global Marketing to create compelling content and campaigns to drive product awareness and sales.
  • Track and analyse category performance metrics, including sales, trend, and inventory levels.
  • Work with the retail store team and the BUs to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Liaise with various departments, including BUs, Marketing, Retail store and Supply Chain, to align category strategies and initiatives.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and projects to drive category success.

Pre-Requisites :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Fresh Grads are welcomed.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Possess a good attitude and have a passion for gaming and familiarity with Razer’s product line and market positioning.
