We are seeking a talented individual to join our Cargo team at Marsh. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:
- Be the key person for larger clients or complex accounts, ensuring service levels meet or exceed expectations.
- Develop and implement strategic agendas and growth plans, driving sales and placement initiatives.
- Take accountability for strategic growth by developing and implementing strategies to realize corporate opportunities.
- Conduct research, evaluate trends, and understand customer perspectives to identify growth opportunities.
- Execute corporate development plans and strategies, working with sales, industry, and client executives to position the cargo product line in strategic and client discussions.
- Convene internal pre-meetings before renewal strategy meetings and assist with oversight of cargo placement activities and strategic market discussions.
- Lead larger clients or complex account inquiries, addressing escalated issues to ensure the best solutions are provided.
- Conduct needs analysis, develop broking plans in response to client needs, negotiate and evaluate quotes, and communicate broking plans to clients, brokers, and carriers.
What you need to have:
- At least 10 years’ experience in broking and/or reinsurance field.
- Attained minimum Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent; ANZIIF or ACII will be an advantage.
- Relevant specialty experience in marine cargo is preferred.
