The Career Conversion Programme (CCP) (Train-and-Place with Commitment to Hire) for Advanced Biopharmaceuticals Manufacturing Executives/Professionals is a talent development programme aimed at building the next generation of skilled manpower for Singapore’s Biopharmaceuticals manufacturing industry in anticipation of hiring demand.

A certificate will be given to successful trainees upon completion of the programme.
What will you do?
As an Operations Engineer, you will be providing process and technical support to the Manufacturing Operations Teams (Buffer and Material Preparation Operations) to enable Value Stream to deliver its operational objectives.
Areas of support includes deviation investigations, process and Equipment troubleshooting, CAPA management, Change management of equipment, process and/or in-coming materials, QMS gap analysis and risk assessment of technical topics. Lead continuous improvement projects and process optimization.
As an Operations Engineer you will manage, schedule, coordinate and execute assigned qualification or validation activities to ensure timely completion of the Validation Plan in coordination with the User, Engineering, Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Regulatory departments. They support maintenance of all process equipment and critical systems at GSK Tuas site in a validated state.
