The Career Conversion Programme (CCP) (Train-and-Place with Commitment to Hire) for Advanced Biopharmaceuticals Manufacturing Executives/Professionals is a talent development programme aimed at building the next generation of skilled manpower for Singapore’s Biopharmaceuticals manufacturing industry in anticipation of hiring demand.

What will you do?
GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) is seeking a dedicated and experienced SAP / LES Administrator to join our Quality Control (QC) team. The candidate will be responsible for managing QC SAP & LES related activities, providing support, and offering technical expertise to ensure that manufactured products meet applicable regulatory standards and guidelines. The role will involve collaboration with various teams and handling complex tasks with minimal guidance.

Technical Support: Provide technical support on QC SAP and/or Laboratory paperless system related activities, including troubleshooting issues and offering advice to the site.

Lifecycle Management: Coordinate and perform lifecycle management of Laboratory paperless system- test method templates/master data.

Change Coordination: Coordinate and perform changes in monographs/inspection plans for existing and new materials within the SAP system.

Deviation Management: Manage deviations including complex deviations and unplanned events, and follow through with QA.

Training and Development: Manage the training program of the Laboratory paperless system, contribute to the development of training material, and support training activities for all users.

Audit Support: Act as the subject-matter-expert (SME) and audit fronter for assigned topics, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Root Cause Analysis: Lead root cause analysis for deviations and support the investigation system in Quality Control.

Cross-functional Interaction: Interact with different teams across GSK Vaccines (e.g., IT, QC, QA) to coordinate reports, escalate issues, and manage business activities and implementation of test methods in the Laboratory paperless system.

Technical Expertise: Learn to provide technical support on QC SAP and Laboratory paperless system-related activities, enhancing your problem-solving skills and technical know-how.

Deviation and Change Control Management: Develop expertise in managing deviations and handling change control tasks, including root cause analysis and CAPA management.

Lifecycle Management: Gain experience in coordinating and performing lifecycle management of Laboratory paperless system - test method templates/master data in the LES system, and making changes in monographs/inspection plans in SAP for existing and new materials.

Training and Knowledge Transfer: Learn to manage the training program of the Laboratory paperless system and contribute to the development of training materials, transferring knowledge to new business users.
