Job Description
The Role
Join the Marketing Department at Jobstreet by SEEK Singapore and report to the Head of Country Marketing. This role focuses on developing and managing the candidate-facing Jobstreet brand, boosting brand awareness and traffic through go-to-market plans. It plays a vital role in our team's long-term vision and offers an opportunity to change brand perceptions. We're seeking someone who can adapt, take on challenges, and approach new insights systematically. If you're a creative marketer with empathy, you'll be an excellent match.
You will
- Develop a complete candidate segment marketing strategy, based on detailed research around the business, customers, competitors and landscape, and insights into marketing funnel and past campaign results.
- Analyze business data to find growth opportunities, extract findings, and develop marketing initiatives for incremental growth.
- Lead and manage marketing campaigns and other always-on initiatives to strengthen the candidate brand value proposition in the market.
- Coordinate all marketing channels, such as performance marketing, PR, social media, CRM, and offline media, in collaboration with our digital marketing, PR, and social media agencies.
- Take ownership and responsibility for driving the business's objectives and key results through marketing efforts.
- Foster effective teamwork and communication with internal and external collaborators, including regional partners, agencies, customers, and team members.
- Take charge of the candidate marketing budget to ensure we are able to meet our objectives and key results with as much effectiveness and efficiency as possible.
- Lead a small team of 1-3 pax, mentoring them in upgrading skills and being able to hit their targets and career goals.
Qualifications
Skills, Experience and Proficiencies
- Degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communication, business or related fields
- Demonstrated ability completing and driving successful consumer-facing marketing strategies, and/or end-to-end brand/category management. Having P&L responsibility is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing a team
- A relentless drive to get stuff done. A hands-on problem solver, you become comfortable with ambiguity and will take an idea and make it happen; you persevere when others fall away.
- Possess solid understanding and experience in advertising/marketing communications concepts and campaign management working across teams
- Enthusiastic about questioning the limitations and achieving impactful marketing outcomes
- Proven track record to manage high-profile, tactical, and strategic projects, effectively balancing conflicting priorities while meeting deadlines and staying within budget constraints.
- Strong critical reasoning, commercial and analytical skills. Good command in excel is an advantage.
- Proficient in English
- Good understanding of the digital channels which includes search, display, social, and emails.
