Sitting within the Revenue Product Specialist organisation, the Optimisation specialist function is our in-house function responsible for driving business outcomes through campaign triage and optimization recommendations, as well as assisting our sales teams in delivering desirable KPI outcomes for their customers, post-sale. Our end goal is to maximize revenue sustainability by bringing advertisers the best of X Ads.

What You’ll Do
As a Global Advertising Performance Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our advertising clients meet their campaign objectives across the full acquisition funnel. You’ll dive deep into campaign data, provide actionable optimization recommendations, and partner with sales teams to deliver long-term value. Your work will shape how advertisers succeed on X’s and influence product-level strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and optimize advertising campaigns to meet client performance goals (e.g., CPA, CPI, ROAS) using X’s Ads Manager and other analytics tools.

Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to clients and internal sales teams to enhance campaign delivery and efficiency.

Identify opportunities for revenue growth within accounts, sales verticals, and product offerings, collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute strategies.

Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and adjust strategies to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.

Synthesize results and share learnings with the broader team to improve best practices and inform product development.

Act as a trusted partner to sales teams, translating client objectives into measurable outcomes and presenting findings effectively.

You Likely Have:

1-3+ years of experience in digital advertising, analytics, or a related field (agency, tech platform, or client-side experience).

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or statistical tools (Python/R a bonus).

Familiarity with online advertising metrics (e.g. CPM, CPC, CVRs, tracking, lower funnel metrics) and ad platforms like X Ad Manager.

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects in very dynamic setting.

Excellent communication skills—able to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.

A proactive and curious mindset and a hunger to learn about X’s evolving ads ecosystem.

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is a plus.

Experience with various ads manager interfaces
