The role of Campaign Manager Support plays a pivotal role in driving the success of the product within the bank through strategic marketing initiatives.
Leveraging on market insights and competitive analysis, the Campaign Manager Support designs integrated campaigns to increase product awareness, acquisition, and retention.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and creative problem-solving abilities to effectively manage campaigns and drive measurable results. Additionally, the Campaign Manager Support conducts semestral forward planning, forecasting market trends and developing long-term strategies to sustain product growth and success in the ever-evolving banking landscape.
- Take ownership of a specific product within the bank and develop a comprehensive product marketing strategy.
- Lead a product squad, collaborating with cross-functional teams to strategize and develop solutions tailored to the product's needs.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform product marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, acquisition, and retention for the product.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product development teams, sales teams, and creative agencies, to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives.
- Manage the product marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
- Conduct semestral forward planning for the product, forecasting market trends, identifying opportunities, and developing long-term marketing strategies.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies relevant to product marketing.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related marketing inquiries and initiatives.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on campaign performance, market insights, and product developments.

Requirements
- Experience in financial services industry
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive results.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading projects from conception to execution.
- Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry is highly desirable.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms to track campaign performance and measure ROI.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing solutions.
- Strong project management skills to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with SEM and SEO best practices for digital marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of branding principles and experience maintaining brand consistency across all marketing channels.
