Buyer Support

Main responsibilities:
● Manage various supplier information and pricing data in SAP MM (Materials
Management system) and other Airbus Procurement tools
● Create and follow-up Purchase Orders; ensure on-time, - quality, -cost delivered goods and services.
● Support buyers in managing Data Integrity in Procurement Tools
● Call for Tender management supporting Buyers
● Support Buyers in Contract Amendments
● Consolidate and follow-up supplier rating and performance data
● Manage and follow-up standard supplier communication on various topics such as Airbus Supplier Requirement(ASR), Enablement Sustainability, Cybersecurity, Export Control, etc.
● Manage the electronic archiving of contractual documents in the Airbus tools
● Launch and follow-up actions on recurrent supplier inputs as needed
● Process ad-hoc requests for urgent customer requirements and events
● Ensure regular two-way communication with strategic buyers in central
Procurement commodities

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:
● The jobholder will have up to 1 year of work experience and the potential to be
developed in the core countries in the Airbus Procurement function
● In terms of Hard skills, the jobholder will ideally bring experience in administrative tasks. He/she will demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills, and will be fluent in English both written and verbal. French and/or German would be a plus. He/she will be easily adaptable to the Airbus Procurement tools (SAP, E- Proc and cLIP) and will be used to Google suite
● In terms of Soft skills, the jobholder will have strong Stakeholder Management, Customer satisfaction oriented, practice Airbus Values as a standard, active listener, and problem solver. He/she will have a strong ability to convince and influence, communicate effectively. He/she will be a team player and will be comfortable with remote working. He/she will always act in full compliance with processes and regulations. A specific attention will be brought to the Ethics of the jobholder. In his/her role, he/she is engaging Airbus legally, financially and in terms of image
● The jobholder may have to travel up to once a month to the core countries of
Airbus (France, Germany, Spain and UK)
