We are seeking a high‑performing Assistant Vice President to support the Wealth Solutioning function in Wealth Management. This role offers the opportunity to play a meaningful part in shaping how wealth solutions are delivered across sales suitability, processes and platforms, while working closely with business, technology, risk and compliance stakeholders. You will gain exposure to enterprise‑wide initiatives and take on visible ownership within a change‑driven environment.

You are comfortable navigating complexity, partnering with others to translate regulatory and business requirements into practical, workable solutions. A genuine passion and interest in wealth products and process management are key to success in this role, enabling you to contribute meaningfully through clear communication, shared ownership and strong teamwork, while driving initiatives through to completion and enhancing client experience, sales effectiveness and risk governance.

What You Do

As an Assistant Vice President within Wealth Solutioning, you will support initiatives spanning digital and RM‑assisted channels, covering online and mobile banking journeys as well as advisor‑led platforms and processes across Wealth Management.

You will:

  • Deliver projects and change initiatives
    Lead, drive and/or support Wealth Management owned and impacted projects, including participation in large‑scale transformation programmes such as the Group Wealth Platform (GWP).
  • Support sales suitability processes
    Oversee and support WM sales suitability processes, including controls, governance and supporting systems.
  • Design and improve processes
    Design, implement and continuously enhance WM sales processes to improve client experience, sales effectiveness and risk outcomes.
  • Own products and processes
    Take on assigned product and/or process ownership responsibilities, with end‑to‑end accountability for governance, enhancement and delivery, as delegated by the Head of Wealth Solutioning or relevant authority.
  • Support risk and compliance matters
    Work closely with stakeholders to address WM risk and compliance issues, meeting regulatory and audit requirements.
  • Build capability and training
    Support the development and delivery of investment suitability and sales‑related training to uplift frontline and support teams.

Reporting Line
Reports to the Head of Wealth Solutioning or such other manager as designated.

Who You Are

You are a delivery‑oriented professional with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, comfortable working across business, technology, risk and compliance domains.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager supporting wealth management initiatives
  • Proven end‑to‑end project delivery experience, including requirements definition, UAT, implementation and change management
  • Good working knowledge of core banking platforms, wealth products, services and operational processes
  • Exposure to large‑scale transformation or regulatory change initiatives
  • Strong understanding of project methodologies and ability to produce quality project artefacts
  • Clear and effective communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Solid techno‑functional and analytical capabilities
  • Structured, logical problem solver with strong execution focus
  • Results‑oriented, resilient and collaborative team player
