About The Role

As a Business Support Executive at Knight Frank Property & Facilities Management, you’ll be an essential part of our business development engine—supporting proposal preparation, driving tender submissions, and ensuring all our client-facing materials are sharp, professional, and on point. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate key deliverables and help drive our growth strategy through efficient planning and execution.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Support the preparation of business development proposals, including fee submissions, tender documents, and presentation decks.

  • Collaborate with teams to prepare polished reports and materials for board meetings and client pitches.

  • Record and distribute meeting minutes, ensuring timely follow-up on action items.

  • Coordinate and manage MA (Managing Agent) agreements and ensure documentation is complete and well-organized.

  • Review and validate incoming documents from various departments for accuracy and compliance before final submission.

  • Assist in preparing materials for tender interviews and support the team with follow-through on deliverables.

  • Manage Section 47 requests and other business-related correspondences in line with statutory and internal guidelines.

  • Provide support in maintaining internal records, trackers, and databases to streamline reporting and business planning.
     

We’re Looking For Someone Who’s

  • Experienced in supporting business development, marketing, or client servicing functions, ideally in real estate or professional services.

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with a keen eye for presentation quality.

  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, with strong organizational and coordination skills.

  • A confident communicator, both written and verbal, who can liaise effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.

  • Proactive, resourceful, and capable of juggling multiple tasks and timelines without missing a beat.

  • Diploma-qualified (or higher) in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
