About the Role 

WildBrain is offering an amazing opportunity for an internship for student to gain exposure to all areas of the licensing business within WildBrain CPLG in Singapore.

You will play a key role in supporting the commercial team in retail deployment & business development. Critical areas of support would be retailer / licensee communication, cross-functional team management to drive one-voice activation & deal tracking for existing licensees.

Job Description

60% - Coordination & deployment of:

  • Brand plans in partnership with commercial leads and execution of retail activations – both offline & online
  • Retailer and Licensee communications – brand updates, bulletins, creative updates, and follow up with administration of deal preparation, tracking & business analytics
  • Pitch decks and research materials to support new business development initiatives (new licensees, new distributors & new agencies)
  • Market research and insights

40% - Help in the coordination and organisation of

  • Licensee / trade presentations (physical and digital)
  • Licensee presentation decks
  • Monitoring of campaigns, promotions and product releases (WB CPLG and competitors, both on and offline)
  • Team meetings – agenda, minutes and follow-up
  • Retailer / licensee / agencies meetings - agenda, minutes and follow-up

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months availability
  • Good verbal and written skills in English and additional languages preferred
  • Qualified to degree level as a minimum 
  • An understanding of the Consumer Products industry/business and events planning
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills – comfortable connecting and communicating with at all levels of business both internally and externally.
  • Meticulous and excellent attention to detail
  • Competent and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • A passionate, collaborate team-player with a strong work-ethic
  • Plenty of initiative and inquisitive mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
