As a Business Transformation Service Associate, you will play a critical role in the analysis or problems and design of solutions for our investment management business.  You will work closely with EA business partners to demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of design and analysis methodologies and applies these to identify and solve problems.  You recommend solutions and lead efforts to address complex challenges and scale, simplify and grow the business.  Develops in-depth domain expertise, and partners with the business to deliver solutions. Works independently on assignments and under the supervision of more senior staff on complex projects, analyses, and tasks.

  • You have about 5 years or more experience with changing and transforming the business in an asset management setting and understand the complexities

  • You define and analyse complex problems incorporating people, process, technology and data.  Identify root causes, generation creative solutions and make sound decisions that optimize value, mitigate risk, understand dependencies and impact, and anticipate future state needs.

  • You are able to see opportunities to use existing data more comprehensively as part of process design and/or ways to turn info information into data that can enable automation/business insights.

  • You apply critical thinking on key stages from problem identification, information gathering, solution generation and design, decision making and solution implementation.

  • You conduct critical root cause assessment through in-depth end-to-end research and analysis and ensures that root problems are solved by facilitating the process of defining business solutions

  • You translate business data and concepts into actionable insights by using quantitative methods and developing statistical models to derive actionable insights, patterns and outcomes from data

  • You design and prototype business models that enhance and extend associate experiences

  • You are curious about new technologies and AI and can demonstrate how they can be leveraged to optimise the business.

  • You demonstrate working knowledge of securities and corporate actions, including characteristics of various investment instruments and market practices.

  • You demonstrate working knowledge of investment operations, including accounting, compliance, and reporting and have the ability to apply it to work assignments.

  • You participate in and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to achieve straight through processing, improve efficiency and effectiveness.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
