Manage cross-functional projects from planning through execution and commercialization. Drive new product launches, regulatory coordination, packaging, sales readiness, and OEM/distributor onboarding. Coordinate Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality. Monitor schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables. Prepare reports and management updates. Develop project management processes, SOPs, KPI dashboards, and documentation. Organize meetings, maintain records, follow up on actions, and recommend risk mitigation to ensure successful project outcomes.

- Drive new product launch activities, including regulatory coordination, launch timelines, packaging, and sales readiness.
- Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Support OEM projects, new distributor onboarding, and strategic business development initiatives.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables while ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
- Prepare project reports, presentations, and management updates.
- Develop and improve project management processes, SOPs, KPI dashboards, and documentation.
- Organize project meetings, maintain project records, and follow up on action items.
- Identify project risks and recommend solutions to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of project management or business operations experience, preferably within the medical device, IVD, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with product launch processes and regulatory coordination is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
