Job Description

Main support for field service engineers and business administrators both in SAP CRM and ECC, along with web-based applications. Attend field service business operations and strategic planning meetings to gain insight to issues and future needs. Work closely with field service business to determine business requirements and write functional requirement specifications in an appropriate level of detail. 

A SAP CRM and ECC Systems Analyst with experience working with technical teams, configuration and tables. Solid experience in leading and conducting requirements gathering sessions with end customer. Provide a business process engineering perspective during design review for projects with a strong emphasis on reporting and dashboard requests based on SAP data (and other data sources). Own and perform integration testing and lead User Testing and identify resulting gaps. 

  • Recommends new insights and/or efficiency opportunities around business processes and reporting.
  • Support moderate improvements and projects in SAP and web-applications.
  • Works on and coordinate multiple SAP deliverables and related projects independently and in a team environment.
  • Good testing and troubleshooting acumen for reporting enhancements, projects and issues.
  • Documents all best known methods and provides support as needed. Experience in project roll-out in preparing test plans, training documents and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/ Master's Degree with work experience of 6 years. 
  • Strong analytical and statistical experience.
  • Strong BI Reporting experience: MS Excel VBA & Macro programming, MS PowerBI, Power Query.
  • Functional skills with SAP CRM and/or ECC systems.
  • Superb communication, organization and problem-solving skills required.
  • High level English language communication skill, oral and written at peer and to senior level management.
  • Demonstrated accomplishments under complicated situations and constraints.
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Familiar with MS Office applications
