Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day credentialing, licensing, and regulatory workflows to ensure timely and compliant processing for licensed employees.
- Coordinate with Compliance, FINRA, pre-employment screening teams, business partners, and external vendors to resolve issues and support regulatory requirements.
- Provide training, guidance, and reporting support to team members and stakeholders, ensuring consistent knowledge sharing and process adherence.
- Support cross-functional CLEAR processes by delivering backup coverage and maintaining operational continuity across workstreams.
- Contribute to process improvements and assist with small-scale projects to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall program effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting credentialing, licensing, regulatory, compliance, or related operational processes.
- Working knowledge of regulatory and credentialing requirements for licensed employees, with the ability to manage workflows accurately and in compliance with established procedures.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with internal partners, regulatory bodies, and external vendors to resolve issues and support business needs.
- Strong organizational, training, and reporting skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, provide guidance to others, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Understanding of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to support reporting, communication, and day-to-day workflow management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with licensing and credentialing systems (e.g., NIPR, FINRA systems, or similar regulatory platforms).
- Familiarity with pre-employment screening processes, including background checks or identity verification practices.
- Prior experience in HR, financial services, insurance, or a regulated environment, with an understanding of compliance-driven operations.
- Exposure to process improvement initiatives or project support, including participation in workflow enhancements or system implementations.
