This is a 6-month contract role that reports to the Head of Commercial, supporting marketplace operations in Singapore. As a Business Operations Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency, focusing on improving the customer support experience as well as working closely with the Sales Excellence team to execute initiatives that enhance capability building, streamline processes in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with numbers and can leverage data to identify process improvement opportunities, is strong in stakeholder collaboration and adopts a customer-centric lens.

As a Guru you will be accountable for :

  • Drive Business Process Efficiency and Optimize Workflows

    • Review existing business processes, design and implement process improvements that would enhance efficiency and has scalability.

    • Define and track relevant KPIs to measure the impact of these initiatives.

    • Partner with cross-functional teams (Tech, Sales, Operations, Customer Experience) to implement process improvement initiatives.

  • Enhance Customer Support Channels

    • Understand the customer journey from their interactions with PropertyGuru to the usage of our platform to design a better customer support experience.

    • Identify the key challenges to address and implement initiatives that would enhance the overall customer support experience.

    • Collaborate with Product, Tech and Operations team to ensure a seamless experience across platforms.

  • Support Sales Process and Tools Optimization:

    • Work with Sales Excellence team to level up sales teams’ capabilities, including onboarding and operational excellence.

    • Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of these initiatives.

    • Partner with cross-functional teams (Tech, Sales, Operations) to enhance sales processes and workflows.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in business operations and sales enablement, ideally within tech, digital marketplaces, or property-related industries.

  • Strong understanding of business processes, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and performance metrics.

  • Excellent communicator, good stakeholder and project management skills.

  • Analytical mindset and comfortable with numbers, proficiency in tools like Excel.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in property tech, SaaS, or digital marketplaces.

  • Familiar with business transformation projects or sales capability building programs.
