About the role
FundPark is seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Operations Manager to support various initiatives related to the company's development, including new office projects and other assigned duties. The ideal candidate will be self-driven and capable of working independently to contribute to our growth and success.
What you need to do
- Project Management: Lead and coordinate new office projects from conception to completion, ensuring they align with company goals.
- Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and business growth.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding project updates and progress.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for various projects, ensuring cost control and effective resource allocation.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on projects and initiatives.
- Market Research: Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior management as needed, including preparing reports and presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business management or project management roles.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrated self-starter with a proactive approach to work and continuous improvement.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
