The Business Operations Associate supports business processes, ensures client deliverables, coordinates with vendors, and assists in compliance and internal operations.
The Business Operations Associate contributes to the development and completion of projects that vary in size and complexity. We provide the successful incumbent the opportunity to manage key business processes and gain exposure to a variety of management, growth, implementation, and technical issues.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for executing business processes that support essential functions of the organization
- Ensure client deliverables
- Achieve organizational standards, and help solve operational issues
- Assist hedge fund Limited Partner onboarding, reviewing necessary documentation
- Responsible for relevant compliance regulatory work through working with authorities/& local professional partners in the different jurisdictions that we operate
- Coordinating with vendors
- Simple book-keeping, ensuring invoices paid in a timely manner
- Assisting in Internal Operations duties
Who You Are
- Holds a Bachelor Degree with relevant experience in both Compliance and Operations
- Self-motivated and resilient with good interpersonal skills, who enjoys working as part of a diverse and engaged team
- Good organizational skills and capability to contribute to multiple projects at one time
- Knowledge and experience in project and risk management methodologies and tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understand the role Compliance plays
- Previous Regulatory Compliance experience is not mandatory but would be advantageous
