Job Description

Provide support to supervisors and Banca Desk
Invoicing of claims that are related to the case (Medical, Expenses, Wills & Trust, MDA,
etc)

Support on all sales quotations, yield comparison table, preparation of paperwork and
administration for all IS

• Handle pre and post servicing by the SCA, IS and insurers
• Maintain and update the shared and Banca folder
• Maintain and ensure all product training modules are up to date
• Update of campaigns
To develop tracking for the annual reviews of existing policies and preparation of
statements, materials for review to be forwarded to clients

• Maintain sales, revenue and pipelines dashboard
• Presentation slides creation and data compilation
• General administration and ad hoc matters
Case management – Underwriting
Ensure the smooth progression of cases from medical booking to inception by working
closely with IS and insurer

Source for and liaise with medical facility in Singapore and offshore for the approval for
use by the insurer

• Follow up and negotiate with the insurer to obtain a better offer for the case
• Track and provide update on cases
