About the Role:

As a Business  Manager, you will be responsible for project management, coordinating processes and initiatives that support revenue growth across B2B and B2C. This role blends commercial strategy execution with executive support and leadership coordination, working closely with the GM of APAC.

You Will:

Commercial Strategy & Business Management

  • Partner with regional and functional leaders to align strategic objectives, initiatives, and KPIs, ensuring focus on high-impact priorities.

  • Provide timely, data-driven insights by analyzing internal performance data, market trends, competitor activity, and economic indicators.

  • Conduct market and scenario analysis to inform decision-making and resource allocation.

  • Identify gaps in current strategy or operations and recommend solutions.

  • Act as a strategic thought partner to the GM APAC, shaping and deploying initiatives that drive commercial growth.

  • Consolidate business performance updates, pipeline insights, and forecasts to help the commercial team stay focused on near- and mid-term priorities.

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams on strategic projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Leadership Enablement & Regional Coordination

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the GM APAC, offering insights and recommendations on regional priorities.

  • Facilitate decision-making within the APAC Leadership Team by ensuring priorities, actions, and communications are clear and aligned.

  • Oversee planning and execution of executive meetings, leadership offsites, and regional events, ensuring objectives are met and follow-ups are actioned.

  • Develop and coordinate region-wide initiatives, including cultural and employee engagement programs.

  • Prepare concise and impactful talking points, briefs, and presentations for the GM’s internal and external engagements including employee town halls and executive leadership meetings

You Have:

  • 7-10 years’ experience in commercial strategy, sales operations, business analytics, or similar roles, ideally within complex, matrixed, multinational organizations.

  • Strong financial acumen and advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in data visualization and performance reporting tools.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, lead cross-functional projects, and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Experience working across APAC markets and an understanding of regional business environments is an advantage.

  • Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in high-paced, high-visibility roles.
