Drive enterprise sales growth for Dow Jones Risk & Compliance solutions across Southeast APAC. Identify, develop, and close new business; support client retention; manage complex sales cycles; translate AML, AI, data, and compliance solutions into customer outcomes; collaborate with sales, product, engineering, marketing, and market intelligence teams; maintain CRM records; develop territory and account plans; and contribute risk and compliance thought leadership.

Leads APAC risk sales operations, including regional sales planning, revenue growth, territory and pipeline management, forecasting, complex negotiations, team leadership, talent development, market analysis, pricing strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. The role also represents the organization at industry events and cultivates senior client relationships while expanding market share for risk data, technology, due diligence, and compliance solutions.

Develop and execute demand-generation and lead-generation strategies for an energy market segment. Create annual marketing plans, manage multi-channel campaigns and event promotion, define buyer personas and positioning, optimize conversion touchpoints, oversee messaging and targeting, track MQLs, SQLs, revenue, and registrations, and report performance insights. Partner closely with Sales, Customer Service, Editorial, Product, Events, Content, SEO, Social Media, and Marketing Operations teams.

Provide sales support and analysis for the APAC region, manage billing, contracts, orders and trials, liaise with clients and internal teams (Legal, Finance), submit tickets, and help improve sales processes and reporting to boost sales productivity.

Lead and scale Dow Jones Energy's APAC commercial business with full P&L accountability. Define and execute regional growth strategy, drive revenue and margin expansion, build and mentor a multi-country senior team, manage enterprise negotiations, ensure CRM and forecasting discipline, represent the company with governments and national entities, and influence product, pricing, and go-to-market for energy, chemicals, metals, and transition markets.

Responsible for reporting on global risks, compliance, and regulatory issues, developing sources, breaking news, and delivering analysis and high-impact stories for Dow Jones Risk Journal.

Build and lead a Sales Development team to generate and qualify new business opportunities, coach as a player-coach, optimize outreach through analysis, develop scalable sales processes, and collaborate with senior sales and marketing leadership to drive predictable pipeline and revenue growth.

Report and edit breaking energy and commodities news focused on energy trading, policy and geopolitics. Source and analyze datasets, produce data-driven stories, collaborate with editors, price reporters and data-visualisation teams, and create short-form video explainers.
