Responsibilities 
  • Helping support the day-to-day business operations of Tower’s trading alongside internal teams, including Core Engineering, Legal & Compliance, Operations, and Risk
  • Expanding Tower’s participation on crypto exchanges and alternative trading venues including ECN
  • Managing relationships with trading venues, lenders, brokers and custodians, including overseeing exchange relationships and participation in various liquidity programs
  • Executing strategic priorities for Tower’s business, market trends, and competitive intelligence research
  • Organizing administrative records necessary to support trading activity 
  • Completing other tasks as assigned by senior management
Qualifications
  • 5 -15 years of relevant work experience at a financial institution including crypto exchange
  • Experience with the market structure of various asset classes including crypto, FX, equities, and commodities
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • A strong work ethic and demonstrated capacity to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Keen interest in trading technology and trading 
  • Ability to work across disciplines and quickly transition from one project to another
  • A coding background with experience in automating repetitive tasks is not a requirement but a strong plus
