Responsibilities- Helping support the day-to-day business operations of Tower’s trading alongside internal teams, including Core Engineering, Legal & Compliance, Operations, and Risk
- Expanding Tower’s participation on crypto exchanges and alternative trading venues including ECN
- Managing relationships with trading venues, lenders, brokers and custodians, including overseeing exchange relationships and participation in various liquidity programs
- Executing strategic priorities for Tower’s business, market trends, and competitive intelligence research
- Organizing administrative records necessary to support trading activity
- Completing other tasks as assigned by senior management
- 5 -15 years of relevant work experience at a financial institution including crypto exchange
- Experience with the market structure of various asset classes including crypto, FX, equities, and commodities
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- A strong work ethic and demonstrated capacity to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Keen interest in trading technology and trading
- Ability to work across disciplines and quickly transition from one project to another
- A coding background with experience in automating repetitive tasks is not a requirement but a strong plus
