Job Description:

·        Analysis of quantitative (e.g., surveys, intent data, performance datasets) and qualitative data (e.g., interview transcripts, open-ended responses) to surface clear patterns, tensions, and opportunities

·        Synthesis of findings into full end-to-end reports, including conclusions and implications based on aggregated insights across multiple data sources

·        Presenting data and insights in engaging, actionable, and commercially relevant ways for both client and internal stakeholders

·        Using Q for data setup, cleaning, and analysis, and Excel where appropriate for exploratory analysis, modelling, and validation

·        Applying statistical reasoning and advanced analytical techniques (e.g., segmentation, propensity modelling, correlation analysis) when required to answer complex business questions

·        Script testing and questionnaire validation, including routing, logic, and user experience, alongside fieldwork management covering data quality, quotas, and progress tracking

·        Conducting desk research and market scanning across a range of sources to uncover relevant secondary data, trends, and contextual inputs

·        Leading day-to-day client and stakeholder communications, providing clarity, direction, and strategic counsel throughout project delivery

·        Leading defined sections of insight and strategy presentations to clients and account teams, confidently articulating implications and recommendations

·        Pulling and interpreting data from relevant audience and market insight tools to support strategy leads across B2B projects, including account-based marketing (ABM), segmentation, and targeting initiatives

·        Supporting new business and growth efforts on an ad-hoc basis, including participation in scoping discussions, proposal development, and selected sales calls

·        Collaborating closely with strategy, activation, creative, and client leadership teams to translate insight into integrated, actionable solutions
