We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Leader to spearhead our growth initiatives in staffing and recruitment. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the staffing industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to expand business operations both domestically and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth in the staffing and recruitment sector.
- Identify new market opportunities and design strategies for expansion into domestic and global markets.
- Strong Client portfolio and resource network
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their staffing needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Lead client negotiations and close high-value deals to meet revenue targets.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in both domestic and international markets.
- Utilize market insights to inform business development strategies and decision-making.
- Ability to provide market intelligence
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing 360 consulting team.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture, ensuring team members achieve their individual and collective goals.
- Develop and execute strategies for entering and expanding in new international markets.
- Navigate regulatory requirements and cultural nuances to successfully establish and grow operations overseas.
- Experience in working with oversea expansion and hiring needs
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances that enhance service offerings and market reach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partner capabilities into overall business strategy.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the business development function.
- Ensure that all activities align with overall company financial goals and objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the staffing and recruitment industry.
- Proven track record of successfully expanding business operations both domestically and internationally.
- Strong understanding of staffing/recruitment processes, industry trends, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Experience with market research, analysis, and competitive intelligence.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business development tools.
- Willingness to travel as required.
