Responsibilities:

- Assist with organizing and executing cluster events, including planning and managing logistics for high-net-worth, Manulife Pro, and agency-related events.
- Support in drafting and distributing communications to the agency force as part of our internal marketing and communications efforts.
- Participate in the reviewing and updating of roadshows and seminars, including reviewing and inspecting event setups to ensure quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event delivery and effective communication strategies.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for event themes and communication strategies.

Requirements:
-  Qualifications: O level and above
- Strong interest in event management, marketing, and communications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel.
- Keen to improve and grow the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic organizational skills
