Job Responsibilities :

We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Specialist to join our team and support strategic growth initiatives across emerging areas in the gaming industry particularly Web3 and AI gaming. In this role, you will work closely with the Chief Corporate Officer to identify new business opportunities, support the development of strategic partnerships, and coordinate with cross-functional teams across the organization. You will gain hands-on experience in a wide range of business activities while being mentored and supported by experienced professionals.

Strategic Planning and Project Support

  • Support the Chief Corporate Officer in identifying key business initiatives and projects.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of business development strategies.
  • Assist in project management efforts, coordinating with other teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Partnership Development and Relationship Management

  • Conduct research to identify potential partners in the gaming and tech ecosystem.
  • Assist in outreach efforts and the preparation of pitches and proposals.
  • Support ongoing partner relationships by responding to inquiries and ensuring smooth collaboration.

Market and Industry Research

  • Stay informed on trends and developments in Web3, AI gaming, and broader tech spaces.
  • Contribute insights and ideas that help shape business strategies and product-market fit.

Pre-Requisites :

  • Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Some working experience (internships, freelance, or full-time) in a professional or fast-paced environment preferred.   
  • Fresh graduates with strong potential and interest in gaming/ technology are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. 
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn with results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Experience and interest in new areas such as Web3 gaming and AI Gaming.
