What You’ll Do

  • Develop, manage, and deepen relationships with key insurer partners.

  • Lead the end-to-end process of pitching, negotiating, and executing high-impact projects.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft proposals, programs, and partnership solutions.

  • Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities, identify trends, and drive competitive advantage.

  • Track partnership performance, monitor KPIs, and generate insights to improve outcomes.

  • Represent BJAK at meetings, events, and forums - ensuring our vision and values are clearly communicated.

  • Anticipate partner needs and proactively solve problems to maximize impact.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years in business development, account management, or partnership management—experience in insurance or financial services preferred.

  • Proven track record in securing and growing high-value partnerships.

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • An analytical mindset with the ability to generate insights and make data-driven decisions.

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Based in Malaysia and able to work on-site at our HQ in Petaling Jaya as required.
