Job Description: 

Are you a high-energy, self-driven individual with a passion for connecting directly with end users and driving real impact? Join Ingram Micro's forward-thinking team as we expand our footprint in enterprise tech solutions. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to develop your outbound sales skills while playing a key part in our end-user engagement strategy.

You will be working closely with senior leadership and solution architects to drive pipeline growth, qualify high-value leads, and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers across Singapore's most exciting industries.

What you will do:

Outbound Sales & Lead Generation

  • Proactively reach out to end-user prospects via phone, email, and social media (LinkedIn/Sales Navigator).
  • Qualify leads based on business needs, authority, and readiness to engage.
  • Understand pain points and initiate meaningful discovery conversations.
  • Arrange meetings and workshops with senior Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Solution Architects.
  • Maintain detailed records of all activities and interactions in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

End-User Business Development

  • Build relationships with Singapore-based end customers across industries.
  • Serve as a vendor-neutral advisor, showcasing Ingram Micro's strength in enabling customer-centric solutions.
  • Collaborate with end-users and marketing teams to drive solution demonstrations, events, and Center of Excellence (COE) engagements.
  • Assist in coordinating and executing end-user workshops and campaigns.

Continuous Improvement & Collaboration

  • Provide feedback on outbound strategies, messaging, and asset gaps (ex, whitepapers, solution architectures, sales campaigns).
  • Contribute to weekly reporting and lead funnel analysis.
  • Work with agility and a growth mindset, ready to adapt and optimize strategies in real time.
  • Share market insights to help refine solution positioning.

  • Energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about customer interaction and technology.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence and connect over the phone and email.
  • Culturally aware and attuned to Singapore's business landscape.
  • Resilient, positive, and able to make independent decisions under pressure.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up habits.

What You Bring:

  • 1–3 years in outbound inside sales, lead generation, or business development (B2B or tech industry preferred).
  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Dynamics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo.io.
  • Foundational understanding of Generative AI (ChatGPT/ Copilot).
  • Knowledge of Singapore's end-user market and decision-making structures is a plus.
  • Diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
