What you will do

  • Grow HPE partner relationships and business opportunities
  • Responsible for driving HPE Networking GTM strategy, partner development and revenue growth across SMB and Commercial segments.
  • Own the distributor-level business plan, including portfolio growth, partner activation, sales enablement and pipeline development.
  • Work closely with HPE, resellers, sales teams and internal functions to identify and execute growth opportunities.
  • Focus on business development and commercial growth, while working with Product Management and Operations teams on pricing, inventory, supply and product lifecycle matters.
  • Track business performance and provide regular updates on revenue, pipeline, margin, partner growth and key initiatives.
  • Use insights and market data to support smart business decisions
  • Lead competitive and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and strengthen HPE Networking positioning.
  • Joint business planning and business engagement with HPE, including quarterly priorities, programs, incentives.

What you bring to the role

  • Experience in business development, sales, channel management or IT distribution.
  • Basic knowledge of HPE, networking and partner ecosystems.
  • Strong commercial and business development mindset.
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to identify new opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Comfortable working with sales targets, pipeline and revenue.
  • Good teamwork and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, organised and willing to learn.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
