Your Adventure Ahead
- Support Business Development team in terms of campaign preparation. This includes handling handle the coordination with Marketing and Operations.
- Assist Business Development team in preparing proposals, reports, and analysis.
- Client management, this includes creating proposals to partners, suggesting the strategy to grow partners' performance & meet the target, and handling day-to-day communication with clients.
Essentials to Succeed
- Excellent skills in time management and project management.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to drive a solution-oriented approach, keep calm under pressure, and solve problems timely and effective.
- Intermediate analytical skill: understanding of analytical tools through spreadsheets (e.g. Ms. Excel functions & pivot table).
- He/She must be a business-minded person, willing to expand his/her business development experience.
- Great teamwork. Good negotiation and persuasion skills will come in handy.
