About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will be primarily responsible for driving growth by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals while supporting sales activities, customer engagements, and pipeline execution.


Key Responsibilities
Sales & Relationship Support
  • Build relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Support sales activities, customer visits, and follow-ups
  • Support the introduction of new products by assisting with demonstrations and engaging healthcare professionals to drive awareness and adoption.
  • Provide on-site support during initial procedures or evaluations, ensuring proper product usage while gathering feedback to inform market fit and commercial strategy.
Product Sourcing & Evaluation
  • Assist Country Lead in sourcing new products and suppliers
  • Support product evaluation, basic analysis, and market fit assessment
Execution & Reporting
  • Execute GTM plans and track sales pipeline
  • Gather market insights and prepare reports
Compliance
  • Assist with regulatory documentation and registration of products 


Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in a science, biomedical, or business-related field.
  • Minimum 2 years in business development or sales within the medical devices industry; exposure to ENT, neuro, or surgical segments is an advantage.
  • Experience supporting product launches, customer engagements, or clinical settings (e.g., live procedures or workshops) is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts clearly and influence stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
