As a Guru you will be accountable for:

  • Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and expand the company’s client base.

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and aligning solutions to meet those needs.

  • Conducting thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics, informing strategic business decisions.

  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with business objectives.

  • Creating compelling sales proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.

  • Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.

  • Generating regular sales reports and providing insights into sales performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
