Drive B2B sales by sourcing and developing new client relationships, presenting solutions, preparing proposals, negotiating and closing deals. Advise and assist clients with government grants, manage CRM records, produce sales forecasts/reports, support marketing events, and handle training enrollments.
Business Development Executive
Reporting To: Sales Head
Location: Singapore (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify
and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and
prospecting.
- Build
and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand
clients' business needs and recommend suitable products, services, and
digital solutions.
- Prepare
and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Conduct
sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Negotiate
commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Advise
clients on available government grants and funding schemes relevant to
their business requirements.
- Guide
clients through the grant application and claims process, ensuring all
required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate
with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate
successful grant submissions.
- Keep
abreast of changes in government grant policies, eligibility criteria, and
funding initiatives.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain
accurate client records, sales pipeline, and activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare
weekly sales reports and forecasts.
- Marketing
support including coordination for trade shows and exhibitions.
- Manage
training course enrollments.
Requirements
- Diploma
or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience.
- Experience
in business development and account management.
- Experience
selling to SMEs is preferred.
- Candidates

- Prior
experience with government grants is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong
communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management
skills.
- Proven
ability to achieve sales targets and close deals.
- Proficient
in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
