Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with distribution and channel partners to achieve sales targets and drive sustainable growth across assigned product categories.
  • Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and business risks, providing actionable recommendations to improve revenue performance and market share.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets, analyze business results, and provide regular business updates and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Gather customer, partner, and market feedback to identify emerging opportunities and inform business and marketing strategies.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate partner training sessions, workshops, and enablement events to improve product knowledge and sales readiness.
  • Manage partner relationships and support day-to-day sales operations to ensure alignment with business objectives and successful execution of initiatives.
  • Maintain a strong field presence through regular store visits, ensuring best-in-class retail execution.
  • Maintain accurate sales, marketing, and operational reporting, ensuring visibility of key performance metrics and business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experiences in B2C segment
  • Diploma/Degree in Business/ Marketing/IT or an equivalent discipline
  • Sound knowledge/passion in IT industry/products/solutions preferred
  • Passion to work in the technology industry
  • Creative with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong team player and customer oriented
  • Training will be provided
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
