The Business Development Assistant will provide technical support for coffee machines, assist in their installation and troubleshooting, and coordinate logistics for Wellness & Welfare events, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with requirements.
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Assistant to join our Business Development Team for Wellness & Welfare (WW) Offerings. This role will primarily focus on:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
Coffee Solutions Specialist :-
- Offering technical support and expertise in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of coffee machines (training will be provided).
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and troubleshooting of coffee machines at customer locations
- Provide technical support, basic maintenance, and user training to customers.
- Coordinate with BD Team for repairs and replacements
Event Coordination:-
- Managing onsite implementations for WW-related events, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Oversee onsite execution of WW events, ensuring smooth operations from setup to takedown
- Liaise with the BD Team, suppliers and customers to coordinate logistics, schedules, and deliverables
- Ensure compliance with event requirements, including permits, safety regulations, and client-specific needs
- Manage event materials, promotional items, and branding requirements.
QUALIFICATION
- Diploma in any field
- Technical aptitude or willingness to learn coffee machine operations
- Physical able body
- Good communicator to all stakeholder
