Business Development Manager

What you do
- Develop and execute business plans to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
Who you are
- A degree in Business, Finance or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in business development or a related field
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving business growth
- Results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong in SQL, Python/R, data visualization (Tableau/PowerBI), and financial modeling.
  • Experience in banking/fintech/ERP/e-commerce data is a huge plus.
  • Preferably 7-10 years minimum working experience
  • Balanced: not just a “data cruncher,” but someone who can translate insights into business strategy and partner discussions.
