Key Responsibilities:
Regional APAC role supporting Singapore and Australia as required.
Lead the delivery of comprehensive client and member analytics, driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence through data-driven insights.
Engage in analytical efforts that support the development and positioning of evolving product offerings tailored to regional market needs.
Proactively manage bespoke data analysis requests from clients and brokers, enhancing the value and clarity of performance insights beyond standard reporting.
Apply actuarial expertise to interpret complex datasets, uncover trends, and formulate actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
Own the development, optimization, and governance of reporting frameworks to ensure precision, timeliness, and strategic relevance.
Facilitate alignment between technology and business domain and contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing data integration capabilities and streamlining operational workflows.
Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning in analytical methodology.
Any other ad-hoc duties/ projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analysis, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
8 to 10 years of experience in business analytics, with a strong focus on health actuarial analysis.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality analytical insights and recommendations.
Strong proficiency in sophisticated data analysis tools and software (eg, Tableau, PowerBI). Some experience with data engineering or data architectural projects a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
