Position Overview
The Business Analytics Intern is responsible for supporting the sales organization across its tools, processes and data. In close collaboration with sales management and sales team, to provide daily sales operation support and help the sales on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and sales process management. The intern will also have the opportunity to delve into some areas of digital marketing. The role requires a person who is comfortable communicating at all levels of the organization, managing conflicts and trade offs, and is an enabler of cross-functional clarity, communication, and execution through followership and driving accountability.
Responsibilities
• Support the Sales team on related Business Reporting and on-demand Business Analysis.
• Track Business Health and Highlight Potential Risks.
• Develop Sales Matrix/Index and enable the Sales Strategy.
• Develop effective Operation Management Process.
• Responsible for tendering commercial documentation preparation.
• Support sales team on Framework agreement implementation.
• Proactively identify and recommend solutions for process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
• Create and maintain comprehensive program standard work and documentation.
• Assist in the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and online advertising.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior to inform strategic decision-making.
• Utilize market research findings to identify opportunities and areas for improvement in our digital marketing strategies.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director of Revenue Operations and Commercial Excellence.
Qualifications
• Undergraduate with bachelor’s degree or in a technical (Science, Engineering, Mathematics etc.) or business-related (Data Science preferred) field.
• Good skills and performing knowledge on Excel (analytics, statistics, macro functions) and Analysis tools (Power BI).
• Good business sense and knowledge on Data and Data Management. Programming skills preferred in Python, R or equivalent.
