Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics:
Assist in the development of pricing strategies by conducting market analysis, competitor pricing benchmarking, and database management.
Provide regular business performance reports on NS achievement, pricing and channel investments and support decision-making on resource allocation.
Collaborate with the Commercial Strategy Manager in the development and deployment of sales tools, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Facilitate training and user guide to ensure deployment quality, provide analytical for continuous improvement.
Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management on acceleration project progress and performance.
Collect and maintain up-to-date market data, industry reports, and consumer trends to provide valuable insights for strategy development.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in commercial strategy, market analysis, or business analytics.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools.
Ability to handle large datasets and synthesize information into actionable insights.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
Fresh graduates with data analysis skills will be considered as Business Analyst Assistant.
