- Serve as the front-line team member in addressing questions, clarifying the content and priorities
- Solutioning and implementing Salesforce.com to client’s expectations
- Assisting in training sessions with clients
- Gathering and recording critical information from meetings with various stakeholders
- Tracking and managing of project tasks assigned
